I am a Chicago native, and a Junior at Loyola Univerisity of Chicago studying Cybersecurity with a minor in Computer Crime and Forensics graduating in May of 2026. My experience includes an internship, building projects, completing online courses, and participating in competitions.
Outside of the professional world, I am passionate about exercising, spending time outside, working on craft projects, and seeing friends and family. I have always been an outside-of-the-box thinker, and enjoy all types of challenges. I am often described as curious, a problem-solver, proactive, and personable.
Committed to Loyola University of Chicago for Computer Science.
Graduated from Lakes Community Highschool with high honor roll, Cum Laude, and in the national honors society.
Completed my freshman year at Loyola making the dean's list both semsters.
Changed my major to Cybersecurity and added a minor in Computer Crime and Forensics.
Began working at Great Wolf Resorts Corporate as a Cybersecurity intern in the Chicago office.
The OPM officially accepted me as a CyberCorps Scholar for Service starting fall of 2024.
I believe it is always best to be honest from the start. The truth always prevails. I hold myself accountable to telling the truth, no matter how much easier a lie may seem; it is never worth it.
I think win-win. It is always important to me to stop and help my team. Collaboration and mutual support create a stronger, more effective team. When we all contribute, everyone benefits and succeeds together.
I stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and enjoy brainstorming alongside the headlines. As a fresh young mind in the cybersecurity field, I always pitch unique ideas in important conversations.
After graduating from Loyola, I plan to return to school for my Master's degree. I will either study business or law, depending on which route of cybersecurity I decide to pursue.
I hope to become a part-time professor to fulfill my goal of teaching other young women in cybersecurity. I have always enjoyed teaching my peers and spreading my passion for cybersecurity, and I hope to extend that passion to more college students.
Since taking a course on digital forensics this past spring, I have decided to pursue a career in that field. I thoroughly enjoyed dissecting disks, exploring data, and piecing together the puzzle of past events.
